The brain is a muscle. The more you work it, the more it grows! Growth Mindset helps us to achieve the goals we set for ourselves, and also inspires our students to become self aware, resilient, life long learners. This workshop will have both theory and practice. We will outline the principles of Achievement Motivation theory, which is the actual research behind Growth Mindset. We will share activities and processes that teachers can use in their own classrooms, to activate and enhance their student’s development of a Growth Mindset and increase student motivation and academic productivity.
